The Little Ones

Children are welcome in bars and restaurants if accompanied by an adult.

Most restaurants provide high chairs and children’s menus.

Baby changing units are provided in the Glasgow Bar and the Watering Hole (see adverts).

Branded baby foods and nappies are available in supermarkets and chemists (Farmacia).

In Spain Nutraben is similar to SMA baby milk. Milupa Aptimil is available in Supermarkets as is Cow & Gate, which is available in some smaller supermarkets

Children’s outdoor play areas are available at Burlington Berties, Scottish Corner and the Watering Hole.

Strong sun blocks are recommended for young ones (along with wearing a sun hat) and are available from the chemist (Farmacia).

Try to ensure that little ones don’t drink tap water.
