Chemists (Farmacia) are dotted around town (look for the green cross). They all speak English.

There are many private doctors surgeries around town (look out for the red cross). Approx. 80 euros consultancy fee required, so keep your receipt and that of any medicines prescribed to claim from your insurance.

The National Health Clinic is in c/Riu Sil and is marked on the map. It is a 24 hour clinic. Take your European health card and a photocopy of your passport.

There is a dentist above the shops on the main roundabout (Plaza Santa Ponsa).
