Duty Allowances

First of all please note that drinks and cigarettes etc bught in Spain are not duty free but are Spanish duty paid.

The following is a guide of what you can take home based on EU Law and UK Customs:

3200 cigarettes
10 litres spirits
200 cigars
90 litres wine
3kg smoking tobacco
20 litres sherry
400 cigarillos
110 litres beer

PLEASE NOTE
Republic of Ireland allowances are the same except Cigarettes (800) and Smoking Tobacco (1 kg). Further details see www.revenue.ie
